 📣 HIRING: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Cypress, TX

💰 $35+/hour | Paid Direct and Indirect Time | W-2

Babel Therapy PLLC is a therapist-owned private practice in the Cypress area, and we’re looking for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team!

You are paid hourly for ALL time worked — not just sessions.
That means:
✔️Direct therapy time
✔️Documentation / office notes
✔️Care coordination related to your caseload

No per-visit pay. No unpaid paperwork.

🗺 Location & Service Area

• Office: 17820 Mound Rd, Cypress, TX 77433
• In-office + nearby daycares / ABA centers (local      travel only)

🕘 Schedule

• Part-time W-2 (with potential to grow into full-time)
• Daytime availability required between 9:00 AM –      6:00 PM
• 🚫 This is NOT     an after-school–only position

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 speech therapy under SLP supervision
• Complete session notes and office notes in our online      system
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs
• Prepare therapy materials
• Travel locally within the Cypress area

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences &      Disorders (required)
• Texas SLPA license (preferred — guidance available if      needed)
• Prior SLPA experience preferred
• Reliable, organized, and compassionate
• Comfortable with daytime scheduling
